How To Use the Sleepsonic® Stereo Speaker
Pillow
1. USE AS STAND-ALONE OR WITH ANOTHER
PILLOW
Sleepsonic may be used on its own or placed on top of your
personal sleep pillow (see figure 1).
2. PILLOW CASE
Always use a PILLOWCASE with your Sleepsonic to protect it
from soiling.
3. HOW TO CONNECT THE Sleepsonic
TO YOUR PLAYER
Connect the Sleepsonic CABLE PLUG to your stereo CD, tape,
mp3, or DVD player headphone jack. Make sure socket is PLUGGED
IN all the way (see figure 2).
4. PREPARE YOUR AUDIO DEVICE
Load your selected CD/tape on your stereo player while volume
is on low.
5. VOLUME SETTING
Set your stereo player at MEDIUM volume range, before pressing
the START button (see figure 3).
CAUTION: For your ear's
and Sleepsonic's protection, NEVER START LISTENING
with your stereo player and Sleepsonic VOLUME on HIGH.
6. CORRECT
POSITIONING
Use pillow behind or close to the head while reclining on
a chair or lying down on a sofa or bed.
- The Sleepsonic audio cable and Sleepsonic Label should
be ALWAYS be on the UPPER LEFT SIDE of your head (see figure
4).
- Lay your head in the middle of your Sleepsonic
- Adjust your head's position until you are comfortable
and speakerphone indentations are aligned with your left
and right ears.
- Also, Sleepsonic should now be touching your shoulder
line (see figure 5).
7. ADDITIONAL TIPS:
- At this time, ( if your model comes so equipped) set the
in-line volume control to MEDIUM to MEDIUM HIGH. REMEMBER,
soft sounds relax the mind, loud sounds stimulate and create
stress (see figure 6). As you fall asleep, the audio may
become louder.
- Sometimes, you may want to remove your Sleepsonic in the
middle of the night. Simply lift your head slightly, pull
the mini-pillow and place it at the top of your head against
your headboard. You can easily reach the Sleepsonic later
and slide it back under your head to resume your listening
pleasure.
- Relax and enjoy the comfort of your personal Sleepsonic.
